Our selection process

Our selection process is simple, you will submit your application, along with your CV. This will then be followed by an interview and an enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check. We expect you to provide 2 references, including one from your most recent employer. If you are successful, you will then undertake mandatory training, including but not limited to safeguarding, dementia, first aid, and medication training.

  • Increase in hourly pay on weekends
  • Sick, and maternity pay, we provide SSP, and maternity pay that falls in line with current regulations.
  • Bank holiday pay, during bank holidays staff with receive an increase in their hourly pay.
  • 4 weekly pay, all employees will be paid promptly directly into their chosen bank account every 4 weeks.
  • Training pay, all staff members must adhere to the training commitments; staff will be paid up to 3 days training.
  • Holiday pay, depending on the number of days and hours you work, you will receive an annual holiday entitlement of 28 days.
  • Continuous opportunities for training and development, we encourage staff development and progression and will provide comprehensive training for all new employees and continued annual refreshers training.
  • Pension, we have opted into to a pension scheme whereby a percentage of the employees earning are paid into their pension pot, and we pay a percentage into the pot. Staff have a choice to opt out of this.
  • Uniform, all staff members will be provided with a uniform, and this must be always worn whilst working.
  • Flexibility, we understand staff have other commitments and we try our best to honour and schedule work around these commitments, therefore we do offer part-time and full-time hours.
  • Reward for referring a friend, we offer employees £200 for referring a friend to work, they will have to work 4 weeks to receive this reward.
